NSPCC Childline

This year all of our children have attended a ‘Speak Out, Stay Safe’ assembly led by the NSPCC  with separate workshops run by the NSPCC and attended by pupils in Years 5 and 6.

All children are aware of the Childline 0800 1111 chant and have been taught about how important it is to tell a trusted adult if they are worried about anything.

One of our ELSAs (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant)  Mrs Bridgeman also has a worry ‘post box’ located in school where children are encouraged to drop messages if they feel that they would like to speak to an adult about anything that is worrying them.
